Growing my own knowledge and understanding is a lifelong mission, and in truth, I don’t believe we as humans ever stop learning. I do however believe that through creativity we can explore our growth edges and continue to explore how we embody our favourite version of ourselves. We can all become our own curators of expansion through learning while using creativity, only sometimes a bit of guidance is needed to get us there. Transformational art is healing. ARCHETYPES AS OUR TEACHERS Intentional creativity is an approach to art with mindful intention and self observation. Exploration through inviting a range of inquiries designed to elicit your inner medicine and archetypes that contribute to what makes us who we are today. MAY LOVE BE AT THE CENTRE OF ALL THAT WE DO!

Artist Statement
HOW DO I DEFINE MYSELF AS A CREATOR?
I am an Intuitive artist, which means for me that I draw inspiration from spirit, my life and experiences, deep soulful inquiry, my reflections, this world and all living things which are symbolic and meaningful. As a Mystic woman and Energy being it makes sense I consider myself an intuitive artist with a leaning towards Neo-shamanism.
ACHEIVEMENTS TO DATE
My work has been for sold through private sales, galleries and commissions. My artwork will often show my love connection and pride to my cultural heritage and my deep desire to honour all indigenous beauty. I am a descendant of the Te Arawa and Waikato nations of New Zealand and have lived in Queensland since 2010.
NEVER TOO LATE TO LEARN
I finally embraced my artist title at the age of 50 when I started training with Shiloh Sophia and the lineage of Intentional Creativity® which means I get to also teach others to embrace their creativity at what ever age and level.

Artist Biography
From Aotearoa NZ and a descendant of the Waikato and Te Arawa tribes, describes herself as a transformational intuitive artist. Her deep spiritual connection and respect to Papatuakuku (Mother Earth) and the Cosmos through her cultural lens means that she draws inspiration from these and many things, including her experiences in life. She has a lengthy career in the social services industry spanning a number of areas such as child, adolescent mental health, corrections, probation and youth justice, clinical counselling leadership and its through the weaving of this in with the intentional creativity she is able to assist others.
She wants her art to represent her connection, her pride in her Maori heritage and to encapsulate the wider indigenous beauty in visual storytelling.
Story telling and the act of moving with the paint brush can assist with shifting trauma and restricting self-narratives.
